NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nevada — On Thursday, March 27th, Borroka hosted the weigh-in for Borroka 2: Galvan vs. Trujillo from the Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa in North Las Vegas, Nevada. The main event will feature a high-stakes Flyweight Showdown when Borroka standout Israel “El Huracan” Galvan (8-3) faces former CFFC champion Albert Trujillo (9-5).
Borroka 2, presented by GET BIOFUEL, will feature former UFC star and Strikeforce champion Josh "The Punk" Thomson, who will be joined in the booth by veteran MMA commentator Blake O'Rullian. They will call the action live from the Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa in North Las Vegas, Nevada. The main card will be available tomorrow night LIVE on SpectationSports.com at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT.
Every fighter, except Mark Texidor, made their contracted weights when they stepped on the scale. Texidor will pay a penalty to his opponent Tornike Nagliashvili. Borroka 3 will proceed with seven bouts, which includes the Flyweight Showdown at the top of the card.
